A dental student and instructor, she has been involved in water sports from a young age, to which she was drawn by the great fun and adrenaline. Kitesurfing became her real passion, which she discovered at the age of 14.

In her free time, she loves playing the piano and snowboarding in the winter.

With her smile and positive attitude, learning becomes a pure pleasure.

A petite girl, but with a great attitude!

Marta has been involved with SurfPoint from the very beginning, i.e. from the first pile driven into the beaches. As befits a graduate of the Academy of Economics, she loves to count, multiply and enter in tables:) And this is what she does at school: she informs, records and accounts;) She spends summers behind a desk with a phone to her ear, but when she has a chance she goes kitesurfing 🙂

Most probably, it is Marta who will be the first person you will hear or see when coming to SurfPoint:)

Piotr Globus Golba

Graduate of the Wrocław University of Physical Education. Worked as a PE teacher at school for 9 years. He is one of the first windsurfing instructors in Poland - he holds licence Nr22!
Since 2000 he has been part of the VDWS team of instructors and conducts the only instructor courses in Poland leading to an international licence. He regularly conducts training courses for our team, taking care to maintain the highest level of training.

In addition, he also holds instructor qualifications in badminton PZBad, kitesurfing and horse riding. Enormous knowledge, many years of experience, we are proud to work with such a person:)

Instructor with many years of experience. Graduate of the University of Gdansk with a doctorate in biochemistry (!) Doctor instructor, nicknamed Dr Surf. He treats people to windsurfing and non-trivial stories about the nature of reality ? resigned to the fact that he will probably spend more time on the water than in the lab. Amateur musician, orchestra man, philosopher after hours. Interests: transpersonal psychology, herbal medicine, natural building, permaculture.

Michal Bojko

Michael. windsurfing and ski instructor for 6 years. He is currently parading around Scotland in a kilt where he is studying architecture. However, he always enjoys spending his holidays at SurfPoint. Teaching others is his passion so he always teaches classes with full commitment. Ever smiling, he loves children and children love him.

He is interested in all possible sports, including kitesurfing triathlon or climbing. This season he will be trying to learn speed-loop. Keep your fingers crossed!

Ania Kondrat

Student of AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow. She is a VDWS windsurfing instructor, a PZN skiing instructor and a PZŻ yacht sailor. She loves both water and snow. She has always been connected with sport; apart from windsurfing, her greatest passion is skiing. She treats sailing, tennis and cycling as relaxation and a break from everyday life. She loves activities with children, always cheerful, patient and willing to help. She loves to travel, whenever she gets the chance she goes off to do some wandering 🙂

Dariusz Walkiewicz

Darek is 37 years old and has been an instructor for 15 years.
He graduated from the Academy of Physical Education in Biała Podlaska with a specialisation in windsurfing under Dr Marian Stelmach.
He is currently a teacher at one of the best schools in Lublin. His hobby is volleyball, 3 years ago he won the Lublin Volleyball Championship with his youngsters.
He runs the Lublin School Volleyball League, of which he is the founder.

Piotr Świtaj

Piotrek, a 33-year-old graduate of the Academy of Physical Education and the State Higher Vocational School in Biała Podlaska. During the school year he is a teacher at the General Secondary School Compound in Dęblin, where he comes from and where he still lives with his wife Asia and their 7-year-old son Olivier and 4-year-old Olaf:)
Sport is also Piotr's main sphere of interest; he holds the title of instructor in downhill skiing, wellness, gymnastics and, of course, windsurfing. His musculature indicates his knowledge and active use of it in the field of bodybuilding. He also plays volleyball professionally in the III - league team of ZK Biała Podlaska.

Piotrek is highly valued by all the students, especially for his professionalism and sport passion, which he willingly passes on to others:)

Rafał Dmochowski

Rafał holds a master's degree in physical education and physiotherapy.
He has always been involved with sport. Apart from windsurfing, he has instructor qualifications in snowboard, football, volleyball and wellness, among others.
He is always cheerful, patient and willing to help. He declares that he will teach anyone to swim on a board except his wife 😉
Privately, he is interested in a good film, travel, healthy eating.

Grzesiek Kunikowski

Grzesiek has been sailing on a board since he was 9 years old - so already 13 years, and for 5 years he has been a licensed VDWS instructor. He started his windsurfing adventure right here - in the Posejdon base (the best base in the world :P).
He is a nutritionist, a master's student at the Medical University of Warsaw, and a graduate of the SWPS University.
Spends every moment actively running, swimming, cycling, rollerblading, playing squash, but never disdains trying a new sport.
He is very fond of reading detective stories, and is interested in music, which he also creates himself ?

Malgosia Jaworowska

A student at the Academy of Physical Education in Warsaw. She loves physical activity in any form, especially water sports such as: windsurfing, sailing or swimming. She has been practising these sports since she was a child, but windsurfing is closest to her heart. For several years, she has been spending her holidays by the beautiful Polish sea, sharing her knowledge and skills with others and infecting them with her sporting passion.
These include windsurfing, swimming, sailing and fitness.
In her free time she runs, and competes in half marathons. She is interested in healthy eating and cooking. She loves to travel.

Kuba Korzeniewski

Law student at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. From an early age, his greatest passion has been sport. He spends every free moment in the summer season on the Hel Peninsula, where he trains water sports and teaches windsurfing as a VDWS instructor. Working with his students and passing on the windsurfing and sporting passion is something he enjoys the most. His sport career has been shaped as much by martial arts as by windsurfing - Kuba has won two titles of the Polish vice-champion in kyokushin karate, he has fought several dozen fights in karate and kickboxing. 12 years of competitive training have enabled him to obtain a karate instructor's degree. He also loves skiing, travelling, reading books and listening to good music 🙂

Marysia Wieczorek

Marysia has been involved with SurfPoint almost since its inception. Here she took her first steps on a board before she even started going to school. She is a VDWS instructor and passionate about water and winter sports. This year she is starting her studies and, as a graduate of a biol-chem class, she does not let algae from the bay eat her 🙂 As a violinist, she has an excellent sense of what is in someone's soul. She passes on her passion and positive vibes to her students.

Alexander Felix

Since birth he came to Jastarnia with his parents where, at the age of 8, he started his windsurfing adventure. Associated with SurfPoint since 2015, he became part of the Poseidon team. He loves the low-wind conditions for long distance trips to the pier in Jurata or Jastarnia. Off-season percussionist in several music projects, organiser of street performances with live instruments. For over a year, he has been working at Poland's only surf simulator in Tychy, where he is an instructor of flowriding, a sport that is a combination of surfing, wake and skateboarding, and is practised on an artificially generated wave.
